Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the session.

No-Show Policy

  • A “No-Show” is defined as not appearing for a scheduled appointment.
  • A fee equivalent to the cost of the missed session will be charged for no-shows, next session will resume per normal / no make up session for lost session. Client must rebook at per session cost of $525.00 per session.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for the program is due in it’s completion at time of booking .
  • Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, venmo, paypal, Zelle

Refund Policy

  • Payments for sessions are non-refundable.
  • If a session is terminated by the therapist due to ethical or clinical reasons, a pro-rated refund will be provided.

Privacy Policy

  • All client information is confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except where mandated by law.
  • Client records are securely stored and are accessible only by authorized personnel.

Telehealth Specific

  • Online consultations are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video software.
  • Telehealth appointments are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies as in-person sessions.

Disclaimer

  • Therapy is a collaborative process and while positive outcomes are expected, they are not guaranteed.
  • The therapist reserves the right to terminate services if treatment is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
